I want to share an excellent way to cook bacon with you!
First thing I do is pull out about 8 pieces of thick sliced bacon (Wrights is my favorite).
Then I get my broiler pan and I spray some cooking spray on the top and on the inside of the pan (this will make cleanup a breeze and the bacon won’t stick either).
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place the bacon as seen on the picture and put on middle rack for about 25 minutes (longer if you like it super crispy like I do).
I usually set my timer for 15 minutes and then take a peek, set it again for another 10 minutes and usually it is done by then. I don’t like limp bacon, so I cook mine another 10 minutes usually.
